Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your pincode. You will see the estimate at checkout, and we send a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, on orders up to ₹2,999. We may contact you to confirm a COD order before it ships.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. Below that, a small delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add a gift note in the order notes.
Products
Do the lamps need batteries?
Each product page lists its power source. Many of our lamps charge by USB; solar lights charge in daylight.
Are flameless candles and LED diyas safe around kids and pets?
They have no flame and stay cool, so they are a safer choice than oil diyas or wax candles. Keep small parts and button cells away from young children.
Will the product look like the photos?
We show every product switched on so you can see the light it gives. Colours can vary slightly between screens.
Returns & replacements
What if my order arrives damaged or not working?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement. See our refund policy.
Can I return something I don't like?
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns, so please check the size and details on the product page before ordering.
How do refunds work?
If we cannot replace an item, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method and COD orders to your bank account or UPI.
